Returns & Exchanges

We accept all exchanges within 30 days of purchase date. In order to exchange or return products bought online through our website, please email to [email protected] who will email you with the return address.

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, we will refund the original shipping fee along with the cost of the item.

2. Returns and Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your T-shirt for another design, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

– The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

– The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and additional shipping fee.

3. Refunds: 

Non-Refundable Items:

– Custom or personalised items may not eligible for returns or refunds.

– Clearance or sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Once we receive your items, we will inspect and notify you of your refund. If your return is approved, we will refund to your original method of payment. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process after we receive your returned items.
